Our psychologists are board-registered, highly qualified professionals who can provide you with tools to deal with immediate mental health concerns, but are also able to help you find and deal with their root causes. Phycologists are trained in the assessment, diagnosis, management and/or prevention of mental health conditions. Psychologists use many of the same therapy techniques as counsellors, however further qualifications and knowledge allow a psychologist to dig deeper into the WHY of the problems, for example any previous traumas or lived experiences which could be affecting your thoughts, feelings or behaviours.
